The Court to consider the complaint of "Rosneft" in the denial of access to the "Sakhalin-2".

The claimant intends to use the "Sakhalin-2" pipeline for the transportation of up to 8 billion cubic meters of gas per year from its fields in the north of the island to the LNG plant, which "Rosneft" and its partners plan to build in the south.

On Thursday Fifth Arbitration Court of Appeal (Vladivostok) will consider a complaint of the largest Russian oil company "Rosneft" on a lower court decision that refused its claim to the operator of the "Sakhalin-2" project - the Sakhalin Energy company ("Gazprom" owns 50% plus one share), to provide non-discriminatory access to the gas pipeline, owned by the project.
