Russia. Hydrocarbon reserves growth to exceed production in 2016

The growth of hydrocarbon reserves in Russia will exceed the level of production in 2016. Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the head of Rosnedra Y.Kiselyov stated.
“I think we will survive the parameters included into the government program. It is a simple reproduction. An excess of production level will be achieved. We usually exceed by 5-7% and sometimes 10-12%,” Kiselev said.
