Russia is about to increase the number of drilling platforms

The number of travelling drilling platforms at the Russian shelf will double by 2030 and make up about 30. Deputy Minister of Energy K.Molodtsov stated.
To date, there function 15 drilling platforms at the shelf: 8 stationary production platforms (drill+pump) and platforms-vessels (mobile platforms). Deputy Minister added the total number of license commitments to work in the water area of Russia with the help of drilling platforms makes up 30.
