The chief of Lukoil V. Alekperov has bought 20,000 stocks more in the company for a sum of 39.26 million rubles, Lukoil reports in the material published at LSE. The transaction was closed on January 27. Now Mr. Alekperov is the direct holder of 2.418% in the company. On January 16, V. Alekperov bought 145,000 stocks for 289.275 million rubles, and on January 9 he bought 150,000 stocks for 296.7 million rubles. In December 2013, V. Alekperov increased his shareholding in the company to 2.38% at the expense of purchase of 50,000 equal stocks for 99.879 million rubles. L.
