Novatek continues negotiations about the sale of 29% in Yamal LNG project with Qatar and India investors. Yamal LNG presupposes the creation of the capacities for LNG production, storing and dispatch on the basis of the South Tambey deposit. SEC reserves are 418 billion cubic m of gas and 15 million tons of gas condensate. PRMS reserves are 802 billion cubic m of gas and 31 million tons of gas condensate. The project presupposes the construction of an LNG plant with annual capacity of 15 million tons a year and production up to 1 million tons of gas condensate. The capital of the projected company can be compiled by $450 million from Novatek, $1.05 billion from Total and $1.5 billion from potential partners. The total volume of the projected financing can be $7-8 billion, and cash flow at stage 1 can be $2 billion.
