Novatek continues negotiations about the sale of 29% in Yamal LNG project with Qatar and India investors. SEC reserves are 418 billion cubic m of gas and 15 million tons of gas condensate. PRMS reserves are 802 billion cubic m of gas and 31 million tons of gas condensate. The project presupposes the construction of an LNG plant with annual capacity of 15 million tons a year and production up to 1 million tons of gas condensate. The capital of the projected company can be compiled by $450 million from Novatek, $1.05 billion from Total and $1.5 billion from potential partners. The total volume of the projected financing can be $7-8 billion, and cash flow at stage 1 can be $2 billion.
