Turkmenistan has closed large several contracts in oil refining sphere, the Minister of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan reports. Total investment to the projects is over $800 million. In particular, they build a delayed coking complex with deasphaltizing with annual capacity of correspondently 900,000 tons and 500,000 tons with participation of Lotus.
Alliance Engineering and Construction B.V. builds the primary oil refining utility with capacity of 3 million tons.
