Turkish Ambassador in Azerbaijan: “Projects of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars and TANAP to become the largest projects of the 21st century”

The two-day official visit of the Azerbaijani President to Turkey was rather successful. It has proved again that relations between the two countries are at a high level”.

The Turkish Ambassador in Azerbaijan, Alper Dzhoshgun recalled that I.Aliev, being re-elected the President for the third time, made his first official visit to Turkey and this has become already a tradition. The diplomat also told how this visit would influence the bilateral relations. He reported that during the session of the Strategic Cooperation Council on a higher level, 7 documents from different spheres were signed: “These documents became a kind of road map, and we will move on this route in the near future. We will try to increase the goods turnover to $15 billion by 2023. As you know, the company TAI was visited; we familiarized ourselves with helicopters and unmanned aircrafts “Atak”, produced by Turkish engineers, there. All this will create new opportunities for extension of the bilateral relations. This visit proved that brotherly relations are between our countries”.
