SOCAR invests $475 million more into Star refinery

The representative of SOCAR in Turkey, Kenan Yavuz has reported that investments in the amount of $475 million will be added to $350 million that have been already invested in to the construction of the Star refinery in Izmir.
“These funds will be invested into construction works that are scheduled for the coming months and have been received from Azerbaijan already,” – Yavuz reported, recalled that the launch of the refinery is scheduled for 2017.
