K. Nowak and T. Flis have been elected to the Management Board of EuRoPolGaz, the JV of Gazprom and PNiG, the operator of the Polish division of Yamal – Europe pipeline. Mr. Nowak was elected the chief of the JV and Mr. Flis was elected the Second Vice President. On November 8, the CEO of EuRoPolGaz M. Dobrobut and his Deputy Z. Jamka tendered their resignations.
