Moscow Arbitration Court acts to collect 505 million RUR under the lawsuit of VTB from Mari oil-refining plant

The Moscow Arbitration Court acted to collect 505 million RUR from Mari oil-refining plant LLC in favour of VTB.
In May 2011 VTB reported it provided Mari oil refinery with the loan at the amount of 1.6 billion RUR. It was said in the report that the total debt of the refinery to the bank made up 6.995 billion RUR, RIA News reports.
In October 2013 the Head of VTB, Andrei Kostin accused the owners of the plant of withdrawal of the funds from the enterprise and intentional bankruptcy. The leader of the bank paid attention to the huge risks which followed the low corporate culture. He said, “The Mari oil refinery was the last credit stolen from us”.
