On December 6, the Rosneft’s Board of Directors will consider issue on implementation of project on purchase of Alrosa’s oil and gas assets.
The joint of the group’s companies to consolidated group of Rosneft’s taxpayers in 2014 will be also discussed, and results of the general directors of the Rosneft’s key companies and amount of their annual bonus payment for 2012 will be approved.
