Metalloinvest announces of offering bonds in roubles for 10 bln roubles

Metalloinvest has decided to place bonds of BO-01 series for 10 bln roubles with the period of circulation of 10 years and offer in 6 years.
The coupon rate for the first 12 periods will be determined on the results of the bid book making.
The parameters of placing the bonds reserve the right of the company for preliminary settlement of papers in 4 years (by the completion of the 8th coupon period). In this case the purchase of papers from holder is held at 100.5% of the nominal value of the bond.
The organizer and underwriter of the offer is Gazprombank.
