The application of "Rosneft" exceeds the volume of Russian space program until 2020.

"Rosneft" expects to receive 2.4 trillion roubles from the National Welfare Fund (NWF), according to RBK. However, according to the publication, the maximum amount available in SWF for the investment is not more than 2 trillion roubles.

The application of Rosneft to provider funds for the development of the Eastern Petrochemical Company (VNHK), as well as on the company's investment plan. VNHK will build in Primorsky Krai with a petrochemical capacity of up to 30 million tons per year. The cost of the construction is estimated at 1.3 trillion roubles.

Lets note that the application of "Rosneft" exceeds the amount of funding the state program "Space activities of Russia for 2013-2020". The site Roscosmos reported that the total amount of the financial support from the state program budget was 1.8 trillion roubles.
