On October 21 during the recent gas talks Russia and the Ukraine agreed on all parameters of the resumption of Russian gas supplies to the Ukraine in the coming winter, except for the source of their advance payment. A discussion of these parameters was not expected at the next round of tripartite talks on Wednesday in Brussels, Vladimir Chizhov, Russia's permanent representative to the EU, involved in gas talks in the capital of Belgium, stated in an interview with RIA Novosti.
