FAS permits Said Kerimov to consolidate shares of Polyus

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has allowed the company Sacturino Ltd (controlled by Said Kerimov, a subsidiary of Wandle Holdings) possible consolidation of the Polyus Gold Int’s shares, Sacturino reports.
