Sakhalin authorities expected that the final investment decision for the construction of the third stage of a gas liquefaction plant in the framework of the project "Sakhalin-2" would be taken in 2016, the Sakhalin Governor Oleg Kozhemyako stated at the forum "Sakhalin Oil and Gas".
"We expect that the decision will be made in 2016. Sakhalin Energy plans to implement the project within the next 3-4 years", - he added.
