Rosneft has reserved Lisichany oil refinery in the Ukraine, the chief of Rosneft I. Sechin says. A part of the staff is employed to Rosneft, over 60 workers in particular.
The plant suffered from gunfire. Rosneft reported to the Ukrainian authorities about that and holds the preliminary negotiations about compensation of the loss. The future depends on volatility of the Ukrainian authorities.
