Kazakhstan is going to additionally import 50,000 tons of AI-92 petrol and 35,000 tons of diesel fuel in September

Kazmunai Gas Refining & Marketing is going to additionally import petrol and diesel fuel for the prevention of a deficiency at the retail oil products market in Kazakhstan. Despite the negative economic effect and possible losses, in August 2014 Kazmunai Gas Onimderi closed additional contracts with the Russian companies Bashneft, Lukoil and others for imports of 34,000 tons of oil products including 10,000 tons of AI-92 petrol, 5,000 tons of AI-95 petrol and 19,000 tons of diesel fuel. The terms of oil products imports to Kazakhstan are the end of August – the beginning of September. 6,200 tons of the planned 10,000 tons of AI-92 petrol is dispatched already (62%), and 9,400 tons of the planned 34,000 tons of diesel fuel (28%).
