"Naftogaz", in particular, claims to recover $ 6 billion overpayment for the fuel, which was delivered in 2010, from Gazprom.
"Naftogaz Ukraine" expects that by the beginning of winter its lawsuit against "Gazprom" may be issued an interim decision in Stockholm, Andrey Kobolev, the head of "Naftogaz", stated.
On June 16 "Naftogaz", immediately after "Gazprom" transferred it to the prepay system filed a lawsuit to the Stockholm arbitration demanding to review the contract for the supply of gas.
