Bashneft has closed contract with Demex Trading Ltd on oil products sales for $2.2 billion

Bashneft has closed a contract with Demex Trading Ltd on oil products sales for $2.208 billion. The transaction liabilities should be accomplished from the date of closure, July 28th 2014 until August 31st 2015 inclusive, and mutual payments should be accomplished until their total completion, on February 29th 2016, and can be prolonged for 1 year under mutual coordination of the sides.
