Mongolia gets rid of energy dependence on Russia and China

Mongolian HBOil JSC (oil processing and sale) acquired 20% shares of the North Korean oil refinery Sungri in order to weaken energy dependence on Russia and China. Within the framework of the agreement HBOil will deliver oil to Sungri, which  has 2 million tons of processing capacity a year and an access to the rail road system of the Russian Federation, and then the petroleum products will be return back to Mongolia.
