Gazprom neftekhim Salavat changes its Board of Directors

Gazprom pererabotka, which increased its share in Gazprom neftekhim Salavat to 100% in June, early terminated authorities of all members of the company’s Board.
The General Director of the company Leader A.Gavrilenko became a new member of the Board – he replaced the Sevinvest’s General Director A.Mityushov. Other members of the Board kept their positions.
Earlier A.Gavrilenk has been the member of the Gazprom neftekhim Salavat’s Board, but he wasn’t reelected during the annual meeting in July of 2013.
