“LUKOIL OVERSEAS” attracted syndicated loan at $200 million for the development of Severnye Buzachi

An operator of the foreign projects of OJSC “LUKOIL” “LUKOIL OVERSEAS” attracted a syndicated loan at $200 million for the development of oil-and-gas deposit Severnye Buzachi (Mangistauskaya region).
As the press-service of the company stated, the arrangers of the loan are Bank of China, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. They will grant credit means at $75 mln, $75 mln. and $50 mln respectively to Nelson Petroleum Buzachi B.V. for a period of 5 years. The financing is non-recourse, according to the information.
