Alexander Novak calls conditions of South Stream construction

During a broadcast on the TV channel "Russia 24", the Minister noted that the Russian Federation would continue to build the gas pipeline in case if the European Commission was able to give assurances that it would be in demand. In addition, the Russian Government expects official interest from Bulgaria and Europe in South Stream.
