Lukoil plans to compensate for costs for Western Qurna-2 before the end of the year

Lukoil plans to compensate for all the investment in the development of the West Qurna-2 field in Iraq before the end of the year. The company has already compensated for $3.7 billion, head of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov reported.
