PetroVietnam and Rosneft conclude an oil agreement

The contract has been signed for 25 years.
Russian “Rosneft” will supply 6 million tons of oil a year via Kozmino to the oil refinery of Zung Quat in Vietnam within the period from 2014 to 2039, a reporter of APR PRESS states, citing Vietnam News.
There has been formed an agreement after our long-term cooperation. It was signed by the presidents of Rosneft, I.Sechin and Petro Vietnam, Nguen Xuan Son. The ceremony of signing took place in the presence of the president of Russia V.Putin during the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg
