The Rostechnadzor commission has completed investigation of the reasons of the fire at Stavrolen Ltd happened on February 26 2014. The commission revealed that the reason of the fire was depressurization of the aluminum heat-exchange unit due to destroying of the channeled plate of the left heat-exchange section. The commission acknowledge the staff actions professional and operative. Now they hold active repairs and restoring at the enterprise. Technical readiness of the enterprise for production from imported raw material (propylene) will be provided by June 1 2014.
