Lithuania suggests “Gazprom” to sell the shares in state companies

Lithuania suggested “Gazprom” to sell the shares in its state gas companies. German E.ON is ready to purchase the shares of the Russian company.

EPSO-G has suggested “Gazprom” to sell 37.1% of shares in Amber Grid. The cost of 1 share makes up 0.762 EUR.

Lithuanian Lietuvos Ennergija offers 0.653 EUR per 1 share in an electric power company Lietuvos Dujos.

Gazprom has 37.1% in each of them. The controlling stake (56.6%) is in the ownership of the companies.
