Gazprom: in June gas debt of the Ukraine to exceed $5 billion

The head of the Russian gas monopoly Gazprom, Alexei Miller has stated that debt of the Ukraine for delivered gas will reach $5.2 billion by June, 7.

He reported this at the meeting with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

According to him, in May the Ukraine takes the maximum contracted daily volumes of gas.

"Thus, by 7th June the Ukraine's commitments on payments for deliveries will exceed $5.2 billion," - Alexei Miller said.
