SOCAR: Azerbaijani party also has losses during transportation of oil through Russia

On Wednesday, the SOCAR’s Head Rovnag Abdullaev said to journalists that economically profitable decision on issue of Azerbaijan oil transit through Russia will be found.
According to him, today negotiations between specialists of SOCAR and Russian Transneft take place.
“Agreement between the parties requires consideration of a number of commercial questions. First of all, an oil quality bank must be created for supply of necessary oil volumes,” – Abdullaev said.
