TMK and Gazpromneft sign the price agreement.

The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has entered into an agreement with Gazpromneft on the application of a pricing formula when calculating the cost of pipe products. The price formula is calculated with the reference to market prices for the raw materials needed for the production of the tubular products. This agreement is the first document of this kind, which Gazpromneft concluded with the Russian pipe company. Since 2012, such an agreement is in force between Gazprom and the largest Russian pipe industry enterprises.
