Rosneft needs $14 billion forthe upgrading of its oil refineries. The President of the company I. Sechin says that since the start of the upgrading program, they completed construction and reconstruction of 16 utilities. By now they have financed $9 billion. All large equipment and equipment with long period of production is contracted. After completion of oil refineries upgrading, the share of light oil products should increase from 56% to 80% in total oil refining volume, and oil refining margin should increase from $7.5 to $11 per barrel.
