In the first quarter of 2013, the Vyksa metallurgic plant (VMZ, the Nizhny Novgorod region, a part of the United metallurgical company) produced 385.7 thousand tons of different assortment, 176 thousand tons of railway wheels and 116.6 thousand tons of flat products.
