In the first quarter of 2013, oil-producing enterprises of the Sakhalin region produced 3.2 million tons of oil that is by 9.5% less than in January-March of 2012, the Minister of the Region Economic Development Sergei Karpenko reported at the meeting of the regional government on Monday.
