New structure formation of the united Rosneft to be over by June- Sechin

Rosneft plans to complete the forming of a new organization and staff structure of the united company by June, the President I. Sechin said.
On March 21st Rosneft completed the deal on the purchase of shares of TNK-BP from BP and AAR. As a result of the deal Rosneft became the largest oil and gas company in the world. I. Sechin said earlier than in 2013 the production of the united company will make up 206 mln tons of oil and 47 bln cubic m of gas, processing will reach 95 mln tons of oil, revenue – 4.9 trln roubles.
