FAS permits Total’s subsidiary to buy 50% in Gazpromneft-PMB

The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has permitted the French Total’s subsidiary – Total East – to buy 50% in the authorized stock of Gazpromneft-PMB, FAS reports.
FAS considered and granted a corresponding request.
