In 2013, Sibur is going to invest 74 billion rubles to production development, the press-service of the Tobolsk administration reports. The company is engaged with utilization of associated oil gas and other hydrocarbons. Most of funds will be invested to construction of a product pipeline from the Purovsky plant for gas condensate refining to Tobolsk Neftechem, to construction of the second gas fraction utility at Tobolsk Neftechem and to completion and launch of Tobolsk Polymer.
