The RF Ministry of Economic Development had prepared a project to reduce the share of Russian presidential decree in the authorized capital of Bashneft, one of the ten largest oil companies in Russia, to 25% plus 1 share, a source in the financial and economic bloc of the government familiar with the negotiation of the document told Interfax.
In addition, according to him, the government prepared a draft regulation for the inclusion of Bashneft into the privatization program of the federal property in 2014-2016. Both documents were sent for approval to the RF Ministry of Finance.
