Gazprom Neft acts as the trust manager of 50% in Nortgaz controlled by Gazprom. Gazprom Neft will act as the trust manager until it becomes the owner of the shareholding in Nortgaz. Under the contract, Gazprom Neft will manage over 50% in Nortgaz in favor of the owner. Now Gazprom Neft and Novatek are represented on a parity basis in the Board of Directors of Nortgaz. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is the director for the large type projects of Gazprom Neft D. Sugaipov.
