On November 27th 2014 G. Berdymukhamedov held an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Minister where the priority issues of the State as well as the projects of a number of documents were considered.
Some issues had a historic meaning.
The deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, B. Khodzhamukhamedov, reported on the execution of the orders of the President on providing of hydrocarbon raw materials reserves growth and rise of oil extraction volumes in Turkmenistan.
Then he reported in detail on the held work on the foundation of the National Oil and Gas company of Turkmenistan which is suggested being called NAPECO.
