Russia and Kazakhstan to arrange oil deliveries by the end of the year

Russia expects to come to an agreement with Kazakhstan about oil deliveries by the end of the year, vice-PM, Arcady Dvorkovich reported.
“We expect to come to an agreement by the end of the year. The clearness is important to the budget. Besides, the clearness is very important to the companies, including Rosneft, which has proposed the definite variant”, he said.
