Expert: The reform of the structure of the Federal Agency on Subsoil Use can destroy the geological bodies’ system

The subsoil department of the Tyumen Region goes on working, the head of the department Vladimir Rylkov said.
He also reported, the department received no official documents concerning reformation of the structure.
In the middle of November the RF Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology, Sergey Donskoy signed the order concerning the reformation of the structure of the Federal Agency on Subsoil Use. By the end of April 2014 the Federal Agency on Subsoil Use will start using the new scheme of arrangement of its territorial departments. Finally, the number of the territorial departments will reduce from 86 to 11.
