Ukrtransnafta made a profit of 1.8 bln grivnas over 9 months

​Ukrtransnafta made a profit of 1.8 bln grivnas over 9 months 2015 or by 81% more than in Jan-September 2014.

The net profit of the enterprise in Jan-September 2015 amounted to 2.35 bln grivnas, 98.4% of the total volume is the profit from oil transportation services. Compared to 2014, the results rose by 37.8% or 646.5 mln grivnas.

The revenue from oil transportation services rose by 960.6 mln grivnas or 70.7% against Jan-September 2014. The main reason is the growth of the grivna/euro rate, the main currency in payments for oil transit. The growth of oil transit volumes (by 2.8%) and growth of tariffs for transportation also influenced on the growth of revenue.

In general the oil pipelines of the enterprise pumped 12.9 mln tons of oil, including 11.68 mln tons of transit to the oil refinery plants of the Central Europe and 1.235 mln tons of oil of domestic production in the direction of the Ukraine’s oil refinery plants in Jan-September 2015.
