Venezuela imports Russian oil for the first time

Venezuela has imported oil from Russia and Algeria for the first time in the history.

In recent weeks, the Venezuelan oil company PDVSA concluded deals for the purchase of 2 shipments in the volume of 2 million barrels of Russian Urals oil each from Chinese Petrochina and 2 more batches of light Saharan Saharan Blend crude oil from Algeria from company Sonatrach.
