Kazakhstan manages only 28% of its oil

A petrol deficiency and the growth in its price is observed in Kazakhstan. The peak of which happened atn the end of summer and in autumn.

The representative of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, N. Amangeldyuly says that the capacities of the domestic oil refineries do not cover the internal demand. Even with their full loading, the fuel deficiency is 30-40%. It’s replenished with imports from Russia and other states. This year the oil products supplies started reducing due to a number of economic reasons including correction of the national currency.

The Ministry of Energy has elaborated the plan of the measures for stabilization of the internal market. However the experts claim that the plan solves the problems only up-to-the-minute. It does not presuppose any long term measures.
