Gazprom not willing to pay for gas transit by the Ukraine’s debt

The revenue of Naftogas Ukrainy from gas transit from Russia to Europe will not be considered as a part of the debt before Gazprom, A. Novak said after the 3-party gas negotiations.
“This issue was raised at the 3-party negotiations. Gazprom’s head A. Miller confirmed that the funds transferred by Gazprom for gas transit to Europe will be paid to Naftogas within half a year in conformity with the gas transit contract. There will be no offset of debts, only current payments”, the Minister Novak said.
