“Milacy Business Ltd” has applied for the purchase of “Gazprom burenie”

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has received the application of “Milacy Business Ltd” (Cyprus) on the purchase of 100% in “Gazprom burenie”.
“Milacy Business Ltd” holds 100% in “Stroigasmontazh” Ltd, controlled by the Rotenberg brothers. In 2010 “Stroigasmontazh” purchased “Gazprom burenie”.
The sanctions on “Stroigasmontazh” were imposed by the USA, Canada and Australia on April 28th, May 4th and June 19th respectively.
