State Duma accepts amendments on benefits for Tyumen group of deposits

During the plenary session on Friday, the State Duma accepted the amendments on the preferential rates of export customs duties for the Tyumen group of oil fields in their third reading. The amendments were submitted to the second reading of a draft law on procedure of state duty payment for registration of rights for aerial vehicles.

The amendments introduce a zero rate of customs duty with the average price of Urals oil on global oil raw material markets (Mediterranean and Rotterdam) in the amount of up to $365 per 1 ton (inclusive).

If this price is exceeded, the rate will be no more than 45% of the difference between the average price of this oil (per 1 ton) and $365.
