Gazprom’s contractors expect decrease of the monopoly’s orders

Gazprom’s contractors expect a decrease of the monopoly’s orders in the next year and plan to diversify their business, the Vedomosti reports, referring to source that are close to partners of the gas holding company.

“We expect a decline of our  income from the construction of gas pipelines, in the first place because of the decrease of the Gazprom’s investment program,” – a source, who is close to one of the Gazprom’s largest contractors - Stroygazconsulting, said. According to him, one of reasons for this apprehension is freezing of the monopoly’s tariffs in the next year.
