EU has to closely monitor the Ukraine, if it does not want to freeze to death.

The EU will have to monitor the Ukraine very closely, if it does not want to remain without gas this winter. Such an opinion was expressed by first deputy chairman of the international committee of the Federation Council Vladimir Dzhabarov.

Recall that last week the "gas trinity" composed of representatives of the European Commission, the Ukraine and Russia initialed a protocol on "winter package" for Kiev. According to the document, the Ukraine will buy 2 billion cubic meters of gas from "Gazprom", and the European Union allocates $ 500 million for this purpose.
